Rent for an apartment may vary from 200 to 400 €/month. Prices can vary widely depending on the number of rooms and facilities offered. On closing a rental deal, be prepared to pay
a deposit. Generally the first payment is the equivalent of three months’ rent (brokers fee, deposit, first month’s rent). The deposit will be returned to you upon your departure, provided that the accommodation is left in acceptable condition.
Most of Tallinn University’s buildings are located in the centre of the city (kesklinn). The courses of Health Sciences and Sports, Craft and Creative Arts Therapies are taught in the building on Räägu Street in Kristiine district.
Some of our students are also staying at the dormitory of the Estonian Academy of Arts and Estonian Academy of Music and Theatre - Muusa Majutus.
NB! EU students and students staying in Estonia with a temporary residence permit have to register their place of residence when moving to Estonia and sign out from the Population Register before leaving Estonia. Please make sure you have paid all your bills related to your accommodation before you leave.

“Tallinn was indeed a great place for me. The peaceful atmosphere at Tallinn University, competent staff and very good organization altogether with the atmosphere of the student dormitory created a unique environment to study and to live in.”
