Tallinn university Dormitory
Address: Karu Street 17, 10120 Tallinn, Estonia (on the main campus of Tallinn University - behind the Terra building of Tallinn University - in the city centre).
Rooms: Double rooms (two people in one room) are arranged in groups of two rooms, which are sharing a WC and bathroom. There is a kitchen in each block - a communal kitchen is shared by four rooms (kitchen utensils are not included). All rooms are furnished; size of the room is 17 m2 and kitchen 22 m2.
Rent: Monthly rent per person in a double
room is 117,50 €. Rent includes communal costs (water, electricity and heating), wireless Internet, bed linen, blanket, pillow and laundry service. You can pay the rent via bank transfer or in cash. The rent must be paid by the end of every month.
Additional services: Internet with wire is 5 € per month; indoor parking lot for bicycles.
General information: Cleaning the kitchen is students’ responsibility. Each student is respon- sible for cleaning his/her own room and for keeping the bathroom tidy.
Moving in: Your name will be on the residents’ list and you will be required to show your pass- port/ID card at the dormitory reception, where you can obtain your room key.
Contract: For signing the accommodation contract, go to the dormitory office on the second floor (Karu Street 17). You need to bring two passport photos and your passport/ID. The contract will be signed for a fixed period. If you want to end the contract earlier, you have to inform the dormitory 30 days before.
Moving out: Upon departure the last month’s rent, additional internet service fee and a 30 € clean-up fee will be deducted from your deposit. If there are unpaid fees, damaged or missing items of furniture or other property these will
be deducted from the deposit or charged to you directly if the deposit does not cover.

August 24 - first day to access the Tallinn Uni- versity dormitory
January 22 - last day of accommodation for students staying for the Autumn Semester only

January 30 - first day of accommodation for students staying for the Spring Semester only
G4S Dormitory
Address: Address: Marsi Street 10, 11316 Tallinn (Kristiine district). 30 minutes by bus from the city centre and 40 minutes by bus from the Tal- linn University main campus - you can take bus no. 23 from Kaubamaja or Estonia stop to Marsi stop (in front of Tondi Street 55).
Rooms: Double and single rooms. Rooms are arranged in groups of two rooms sharing a WC, bathroom and kitchen with washing machine, electric cooker and fridge (kitchen utensils are not included). All rooms are furnished; size of the room is 13,9 m2 and kitchen 9,5 m2. Each student is responsible for cleaning his/her own room and for keeping the bathroom tidy.
Rent: Monthly rent per person in a double room is 180 € and 360 € in a single room. Rent includes communal costs (water, electricity
and heating), Internet access, bed linen and laundry service for bed linen twice a month, blanket and pillow. You can pay the rent via a bank transfer. The rent must be paid by the 20th of every month, invoice will be sent to your e-mail. A deposit in the size of one month’s rent is required in advance, it will be counted as the last month’s rent upon moving out. The deposit is not refundable.
