Moving in and contract: You will get the key from the dormitory reception (recommended arrival time is 07.00-15.30) and you will sign the contract after arrival to the dormitory. More information: Mr. Kalev Põlluaas, Tel: +372 5047 344. The contract will be signed for a fixed period. If you want to end the contract earlier, you have to inform the dormi- tory 30 days before.
Moving out: Please inform the dormitory administration one month before you plan to move out by e-mail: kalev.polluaas@ee.g4s.com. Please end the contract and leave the key to the head of the dormitory (Mr. Kalev Põlluaas).

Teko Dormitory
Address: Lastekodu Street 13, 10113 Tallinn. 5-10 minutes by tram no 2 or no 4 from the
city centre and 20 minutes on foot from Tallinn University. The nearest supermarkets and public transport stops are about 50-100 meters away.
Rooms: Shared twin or triple rooms equipped with beds, desks, wardrobes and chairs. Size of the double room is 12 m2, size of the triple room is 16 m2. WC, bathroom and kitchen are shared with other rooms on the same floor. There is a shared laundry room on the first floor which has washing machines, drying machine, ironing
board and iron. There is a laundry charge – washing 5 kg of laundry costs 2 €.
Kitchen: Kettle, electric cooker, microwave oven, fridges (kitchen utensils are not included). Each student is responsible for keeping the kitchen in order.
Rent: Accommodation will be reserved for
a fixed period. Monthly rent per person in a shared twin room is 150 € and 300 € in a single room (single accommodation in a double room). Rent includes communal costs (water, electricity, heating), cleaning the rooms once a week, bed linen and towels (changed once in two weeks), Internet access (free WiFi). Rent is payable in cash only upon arrival.
