4.2.1. Study programme development based on quality requirements
e. We analyse how well graduates cope in the labour market as well
as the learners’ abilities, including their general competences and entrepreneurship; and develop study programmes in response to that analysis.
f. We regularly compare our study programmes to the ones of internationally recognised universities in the field and update our study programmes accordingly.
g. We assess sustainability of the study programmes with regard to academic competence, number of students/graduates and the priority of the study programme for the university.
4.2.2. Flexible study opportunities
a. We offer flexible forms and ways of learning, enabling participation in studies for different target groups.
b. We create Master’s study programmes with specialisations arising from the labour market needs.
c. We increase the use of open education resources in studies (study objects, MOOCs, etc.).
d. We create retraining study programmes and diversify learning methodology in order to offer lifelong learning opportunities.
