1.1.3. Developing the support system for implementation of the changing approach to teaching and learning
a. We support implementation of the learning educational policy, initiate debates on the organisation of education and participate in these, in an active and evidence-based manner.

b. We study and create new models that support lifelong learning for T people of all ages, offer learning at workplace and ensure learning
efficiency in order to provide equal opportunities for formal, non-formal
and informal learning.
c. We initiate and develop forms of cooperation that facilitate learning from each other (i.e. teachers, students, parents, employers, institutions) in formal, informal and non-formal study
d. We create a professorship in educational economics, policy and management; develop corresponding doctoral studies with the aim to conduct research in the changing approach to teaching and learning.
1.1.4. Implementing the changing approach to teaching and learning in the university study

a. We provide high-quality teaching competence and implementation of PO T the changing approach to teaching and learning in the university by
organising trainings of teaching and supervision to novice teaching
staff, by creating mentorship opportunities, a counselling system and
opportunities for giving reciprocal feedback; and by consolidating the best practices.
c. We redesign the principles of assessment and remuneration of teacher education staff (including subject didactics) with the aim to take into account (more than before) their contribution to the development of school education.
b. We integrate the principles of sustainability into the university study TS programmes.
