THE DEVELOPMENTPLAN
1. THE STRATEGIC GOAL OF TALLINN UNIVERSITY FOR 2015-2020: WE SHALL DEVELOP INTERDISCIPLINARY RESEARCH- BASED FOCUS FIELDS BY CONSOLIDATING RESOURCES AND ACTIVITIES.
The main responsibility for developing a focus field lies with the academic unit that has been formed as a result of consolidation of resources and activities, involving other academic units indicated in the implementation strategy.
1.1 EDUCATIONAL INNOVATION
1.1.1. Developing the content of the changing approach to teaching and learning
a. We define the theories, principles and methods of the changing approach to teaching and learning, including pedagogical trends in formal and non-formal learning (youth work, work with the elderly etc.) and develop assessment criteria for that changing approach.
