Also, those persons who received this help were asked to assess the quality of the ob- tained aid. In all the countries, a majority of them (65%) reported that the help met their needs all the time, the next 26% stated that the help usually met their needs, while for less than 10% of this group the needs were satis ed sometimes or hardly ever (Figure 16). The considered countries differ with respect to the analysed structure: the least satis ed were seniors in Croatia, while the most in Slovenia and in Poland.
