2.3.1. Work organisation that supports interdisciplinary approach
a. We develop more efficient planning of university activities and facilitate cooperation.
b. We create conditions for cross-speciality cooperation in compiling research and development projects.
c. We create support systems for interdisciplinary and inter- unit study programmes with regard to financing and study organisation.
2.3.2. Network-based work
a. We shape the awareness of staff and heads of units on the possibilities of network-based work through training and sharing of good experiences.
2.3.3. Financing that supports interdisciplinary approach
a. We create financial resources to support cooperation between units in achieving the study, research, development and creative activity objectives of several focus fields.
