1.3.3. Developing and creating theories that enable definition and analysis of culture and cultural phenomena
a. We develop a research centre that is dedicated to studying the culture- dependent meaning and identity creation mechanisms.
b. We create a cross-field platform for theoretical interdisciplinary dialogue that integrates the means of different cultural theoretical disciplines for studying cultural phenomena; we initiate a multi- disciplinary dialogue.
c. We develop and create new courses offering cultural theoretical approaches to provide for the most modern overview of the methodology of cultural studies and cultural theoretical perception for university graduates.
1.3.4. Transfer of knowledge and skills related to culture and cultural phenomena
a. We explain the influence of culture on people and help to develop AV knowledge-based cultural policy.
b. We create opportunities for the university members to develop their DM proficiency in languages and cross-cultural communication.
c. We develop and popularise science collections belonging to the university, including the biggest and most important archaeology collection in Estonia.
