The following annexes are attached to the university development plan, which specify the basis for compilation, implementation and monitoring of execution.

The development plans of academic units specify the fulfilment of the objectives set out in the development plan. Plans of individual fields may also be drawn up in order to implement the university development plan. The university action plan is compiled for the calendar year, as well
as the action plans for academic units, administrative units and other units. The completion of the development plan is evaluated at the end of the calendar year in activity reports where the courses of key indicators are evaluated and effectiveness of the planned activities is analysed.
The development plan is amended where necessary.
