The aim of the course is to make students understand their role in the development of healthy environments both at workplace and living environment, enabling this through their own informed behaviour, by in uencing the health behaviour of their colleagues and/or clients, and through skilled designing of the environment.

By the end of the course students can differentiate and assess
health risks at workplaces and in daily situations. Muscle tension. Presentation by Marge Grauberg, MSc, Tartu University Hospital Researchers estimate that the behaviour and everyday choices affect as much as 50% percent of one’s health. This course allows participants to refresh their knowledge and to notice the hidden health risks at work and in everyday life. The course includes lots of practical discussions and exercises, thus providing the opportunity to see different approaches to health through the eyes and experiences of fellow students.
