COURSE AIM
The course was developed for both education levels: higher education and vocational education. The course aims to provide knowledge of understanding the role of mental health in different life stages and know the essence of how to cope with stress in work and living environment. The course covers all the basic themes of mental health such as: mental health and life cycle, positive and negative mental health, stress, distress and eustress etc. After  nishing the course students have an overview of the comprehensive nature of health and the role of mental health and they are able to analyse mental health factors and understand the nature of stress.
