Credit SyStem
Tallinn University is using the European Credit System, where one European Academic Credit (EAP) equals to one ECTS. One ECTS credit corresponds to 26 hours of studies (lectures,

‘F’ (fail) – the level of knowledge and skills acquired by a student remain below the required minimum. ‘F’ is a negative outcome and the examination/test shall be retaken.
In case of non-differentiated assessment:

‘MA’ (fail) – the student has failed to acquire the knowledge and skills at the required level; a negative outcome.
NB! Credits are only given if the courses are fully completed and you have passed all the assignments of the given course.
