3.9. THE PRINCIPAL PART OF A DOCTORAL THESIS: THE METHODOLOGY AND COURSE OF RESEARCH, ANALYSES AND CONCLUSIONS
The principal part of the thesis includes an overview of the essence of the research problem, formulation of the research question, description of the methodology and the course of solving the research question and/or the proof and conclusions.
The principal part of the thesis is subdivided and the titles of the subdivisions correspond to the content. Division of the principal part into chapters that are characteristic of the article must be avoided in a doctoral thesis formatted as a monograph.
3.10. A PRINCIPAL PART OF A DOCTORAL THESIS: CONCLUSION
This part is entitled as follows:
KOKKUVÕTE  CONCLUSION  ZUSAMMENFASSUNG  ЗАКЛЮЧЕНИЕ
The conclusion includes an overview of the main research results, including unsolved problems and further research possibilities.
3.11. LIST OF SOURCES REFERRED TO IN THE THESIS
This part is entitled as follows:
VIITEALLIKAD  REFERENCES  LITERATURVERZEICHNIS  ИСПОЛЬЗОВАННАЯ ЛИТЕРАТУРА
In referencing and compiling the list of sources referred to in the thesis, the author of the thesis shall systematically and consistently follow just one international standard of referencing recognized in the author´s field of speciality (APA, MLA and others). The use of reference management software (e.g. Refworks, Endnote, Zotero and others) is recommended in managing the references.
3.12. APPENDIXES (OPTIONAL) This part is entitled as follows:
