3.2.2. Cooperation and learning opportunities for students with different cultural background
a. We create adaptation courses: a preparatory course in English for matriculated students and a course Studies Abroad for students undertaking studies at a foreign university.
b. We expand the activities of the International Club and create cooperation opportunities for Estonian and international students on the example of the Garage48.
c. We create parts of study programmes in English in cooperation with foreign universities and inform our international partners about them.
3.2.3. International marketing of the focus fields in target countries
a. We involve international students and alumni in marketing activities as well as, initiate the Student Ambassador programme and webinars.

3.3.1. International experience of staff
a. We support the academic employees’ acquisition of international work experience and prefer candidates for academic positions who have international experience and proficiency at the highest level of the foreign language most used in the speciality.
b. We take into account the international experience of academic staff in assessing work results and load planning.
c. We support mobility of non-academic staff, enabling the achievement of positive experiences within work organisation at foreign universities.
