Tallinn University student Union, which includes more than 400 members, is one of the most active representation organisations in the Baltic countries.
The members of Tallinn University Student Union are actively involved in improving student life. Student councils work in the institutes and student representatives participate in decision-making bodies. All
of the Student Union activities are managed by the Student Council, which also elects the Executive Board. The Student Union also represents Tallinn University in the Federation of Estonian Student Unions and the Round Table of Student Unions in Tallinn. The Student Union combines active recreational activity and deals with topical subjects that are important to students.
Over 10,000 students are studying at TU; more than 700 of them are foreigners.
