7. STUDY PROGRAMME DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION
After the survey results and focus group interviews all gathered knowledge was presented during roundtable discussions to curricula related teachers and eld experts. Based on all that, all study programmes were collectively selected.
With the developed programmes, HPP aims to support the ability to use appropriate channels and methods for effective communication in HP actions - professional communication skills and sources, such as evidence based information, plain language and critical assessment of the sources for HP information is one core competence for the future HP specialists.
At the same time, it is the interest of our students to be able to successfully compete in the labour market after graduation. This situation challenges not only the content of the study program but also the outputs; the personality of the lecturer and the choice of teaching methods are important. The testing period of all programmes had signi cant value. During the implementation period it became clear how the prepared programmes work and how the students accepted them. This, in turn, depended on the lecturer and his / her readiness and motivation to implement inclusive learning methods in program delivery. Here, too, the project contributed with training and counselling, providing lecturers support in designing e-courses, e-learning objects and learning materials.
Through the HPP project, it was possible to bring a signi cant leap in quality in curricula in the eld.
