Although the Academic Library of Tallinn University should cover all your study needs, you still might want to get some foreign language literature to read. In that case, the library with the biggest selection of foreign language books available for borrowing is Tallinn Central Library with its Department of Literature in Foreign Languages.
For research work you could also visit the National Library of Estonia. Although they do not lend books, you can order a wide range of materials from their collection and use them in the library.
In order to get a reader’s card at a library you have to have your passport or ID card with you, the library card itself can be obtained at the
library.
